Huijue Group recently won a bid for a centralized procurement project for microgrid-related equipment at the headquarters of a certain engineering group in Tibet. Located in the surrounding areas of Tibet at an altitude of approximately 4,500 meters, the site features a typical environment characterized by extreme cold, low oxygen levels, and intense ultraviolet radiation, placing extremely high demands on the reliability of power equipment and the efficiency of construction and deployment.

2.1アプリケーションシナリオ

This project is primarily intended to ensure power supply for engineering and production activities in plateau regions. To address the challenges posed by the high-altitude environment, Huijue Technology Group conducted specialized high-altitude environmental verification and system derating design during the solution design phase to ensure that core equipment can still dissipate heat efficiently and operate stably under conditions of thin air.

2.2 設備容量

This project employs a configuration consisting of 4 foldable PV containers and 2 energy storage cabinets. The specific parameters are as follows:

PV System: Each container has a PV capacity of 98.8 kW, with a total installed capacity of 395.2 kW (98.8 kW × 4).

Energy Storage System: Two energy storage cabinets are configured, with a total storage capacity of 522 kWh (261 kWh × 2).

2.3 Major Equipment

Foldable PV Containers: Featuring a modular, deployable structural design, the volume is compressed to one-third that of conventional systems during transport, significantly reducing the difficulty of long-distance transportation in high-altitude regions. On-site installation requires only hoisting, deployment, and wiring; under normal conditions, two people can complete the deployment of a single system within 4 hours.

Energy Storage Cabinet: Equipped with wide-temperature-range lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries and intelligent thermal management strategies, the system supports normal charging and discharging within the temperature range of -30°C to +55°C, making it highly suitable for high-altitude environments.
